"The Inside Scoop does an excellent job of consolidating and summarizing the numerous volumes of client input gathered. Marcy diligently performed the marketing research that most of us can't because of limited time and resources, then boiled it all down to an effective reference of key points, tips, and "DOs" and DON'Ts. The insights presented are helpful to marketing professionals at every level of experience."

You have created priceless checklists for marketers to prepare winning proposals and interviews. "Enlisting your suggestions in our latest interview, the selection panel gave the presentation a standing ovation. I have never received a standing ovation or heard of an engineering firm receiving this response. Obviously, your publication, The Inside Scoop, can make a difference."
Daniel J. McIntier, PE

“What a find! The Inside Scoop is just plan common snese, but Marcy has put it all together in a succinct, easy-to-read and easy-to-absorb format, which we have our interview teams review prior to every interview.”

What sets Marcy apart as a training and seminar
leader is her passion for her subject matter and her absolute mastery
of her topic. She was a joy to listen to…a valuable experience.

Marcy was retained by the AIA to produce and deliver
four continuing education seminars for our members on the topic
of “Building Your Business.” Not only was the attendance
quite high for this chapter of AIA, but the series was well received,
judging from the comments received on the evaluation sheets. Marcy
is articulate and well spoken, but what impressed our members most
was her absolute and complete preparation for these seminars. He
research was excellent and her presentation of the results of that
research was well organized and proved to be invaluable to those
attending the seminars. I highly recommend Marcy as an expert in
Marketing A/E services.
Brent Davis, Executive Director

I recently attended a 16-hour continuing education
program presented by Ms. Steinberg over a four-day period. I was
very impressed with the depth of the program series and even more
impressed with the ‘NEW’ ideas I learned, about an often
presented subject matter. Ms. Steinberg’s speaking skills
and her ability to maintain a high energy and interest level were
key capabilities necessary to cover the education time with a very
diverse and difficult audience. I can highly recommend Marcy Steinberg
to you as an effective and learned speaker who knows how to play
her audience.

Thanks, Marcy. Your feedback in the proposals class
was right on. My proposal resulted in a county contract for Nicotine

I recently attended the seminar, Writing Proposals
that Get the Bid, taught by Marcy Steinberg. I started using her
suggestions right after the seminar, and I’m batting a thousand
with my new and improved research proposals.

I want to take a moment to express my appreciation
on behalf of DLR·Lescher and Mahoney for the outstanding
effort your put forth at our day long marketing seminars. Your review
of our proposals was very thorough and insightful. You did your
homework and it was evident by your comments. Your skills in professional
writing were very apparent. Those who attended the in-house marketing
seminar were very complimentary of your honest approach…we
especially appreciated your dos and don’ts of proposals and
interviews.

Thank you for the excellent job you have done providing
business communications training for BHP Copper and Magma Copper
employees for the past three years.. I want you to know how highly
thought-of your classes are. We have received excellent feedback
about your knowledge, teaching approach, patience and ability to
make the coursework applicable to the employee’s work. We
have been particularly pleased to hear comments from supervisors
who say they can see a difference in the writing of employees taking
your classes. The help you gave an employee several years ago with
an especially complicated technical report has come up a number
of times in conversation around the company. You are an excellent
resource to Training and Education Support Services.

Please allow me to take this opportunity to express
how impressed I was with your workshop for Pima College’s
Small Business Initiative Program. Your presentation on Marketing
Research and Needs Analysis was simply excellent. In fact, I wouldn’t
hesitate to say that it was the most useful and relevant presentation
that we had during the 12-week course. I was able to apply your
ideas and methods directly to El Campo Tire and Service and have
incorporated many of them, particularly your Market Strategy Analysis,
into my marketing and advertising for all 11 locations. Ms. Steinberg,
thank you for all of your help. You are a dynamic, intelligent,
and educated speaker.
Gabrielle Giffords, President/CEO
El Campo Tire and Service Centers
I wanted to personally thank you for bringing your
expertise on market planning to the Small Business Initiative class
this past week. Your insights on how to conduct a marketing needs
analysis and develop a strategy based on market position were very
informative and useful for the students. They appreciated your personalized
attention very much. You’ll be pleased to know that all twelve
students in attendance rated your session ‘excellent.’”

Last week, I attended a 2-hour seminar titled “Marketing
for Success” by Marcy Steinberg of Cynosure. This seminar
provided an overview of the diverse marketing tools available to
architectural firms. Marcy’s delivery was smooth and her information
was direct and to the point. She was very knowledgeable and helpful
in providing crucial information that was factual and easy to use.
I recommend Marcy and this seminar for any professional who is searching
for clear, concise information on marketing.

Marcy Steinberg knows what our clients are looking
for, knows how to present it, and shows us with instructions and
illustrations that are clear and easy to put into use. Best seminar
I’ve ever attended, and I’ve attended a lot. Highly
recommended! Full of tips and tricks.

Thank for your facilitating the marketing certificate program. I
learned a lot from the lecturers about strategies and marketing
in the real world.. Each class was enjoyable, kept my interest,
and met the stated goals. The information I learned in the certificate
program and the lecturers I met may be enough to kick my career
in a new direction. Thank you again!

I want to let you know how well-received your seminars
on Marketing Plans and Proposals have been. Several of our Key Account
Managers told me your marketing presentation gave them many new
ideas, and I found your proposal presentation right on target. In
fact, your seminars and your in-house training/consulting have been
invaluable to me this past month, as I’ve worked on getting
my strategic marketing plan in focus.

As president of the Tucson chapter of the American
Marketing Association last year, it was my responsibility to both
fulfill the mission of providing education and marketing resources
to our members, and to raise money to restore the chapter to fiscal
health. I asked Marcy Steinberg if she would be willing to lead
the Education committee and kill two birds with one stone. She did
so brilliantly. Marcy designed a series of workshops, each meeting
a different need of marketers. Since our members are both academically
trained and graduates of the school of hard knocks, their needs
and levels of sophistication are quite varied. Again she designed
curriculums that engaged each participant and left no one out. I
would certainly recommend Marcy to create and lead an education
effort for a group or particular event. The…seminars provided
exactly the results I had requested. The chapter made money and
our reputation in the community for providing quality information
and education was reinforced.
Lynn Perez-Hewitt, Director, Sales
and Marketing
Ferberts Associates
Marcy’s diverse knowledge of marketing and public
relations is distinct. I have had the opportunity to witness her
terrific talents during GTAMA’s series of workshops entitled
Marketing Tool Kit. Although the workshops were sponsored and presented
by GTAMA, Marcy was individually responsible for developing the
series, structuring the educational format and even teaching some
of the curriculum. Thanks to her diligence and expertise, Tool Kit
was an overwhelming success. Her performance exceeded the chapter’s
expectations for quality of educational programming and financial
success. Marcy brings tremendous credentials to the Board and Chapter
as a consultant and professional educator.
Roger Yohem, President

Your meeting was the best attended meeting in many

I would like to let you know about some feedback I
received from a client this morning. I had a meeting with the director
of one of our newest Fortune 500 clients. He was commenting about
how wonderful our brochure is and telling me that it was a tool
that had really helped him sell our services to his vice president.
As a result, we are now billing substantial fees to this client.
Thanks again for all of your help on the marketing plan and collateral
brochure.

About two years ago the Vail School District was at
a critical point in a prolonged effort to obtain funding for its
first high school. We…needed some kind of document that would
communicate the vision for the school. It was a challenging assignment,
as the issues were many and complex, but the message needed to be
simple and appealing. Marcy took volumes of data and information
and summarized it into text, graphics and bulleted text which fit
onto an attractive three-fold document. The document accomplished
exactly what we hoped it would. It spoke effectively to everyone
from parents, real estate developers and government officials to
members of the press. The end result was many and varied sectors
of community spoke with a singular and united theme…the ruling
of a State Agency was reversed in a hearing room packed with our
informed community members and numerous media representatives.

I am writing to thank you for the excellent job you
did creating a manuscript called Getting Paid What You’re
Worth for PSMJ Resources. In a short amount of time, you skillfully
organized, edited and transformed raw reference material in to a
300 page book. The many forms, worksheets and checklists you designed
to help the reader add inestimable value to Getting Paid What You’re
Worth. So does the information you wrote about the Internet and
your specialty: relationship marketing. . Marcy, your conscientious,
professional approach to your craft leaves all of us at PSMJ Resources
eager to continue working with you on future projects.

Marcy worked with us to compile an application for the national
